About Maa Baglamukhi

Maa Baglamukhi is the 8th Goddess of the Dus Mahavidyas, and considered to be very powerful amongst the 10 Goddesses. The word Bagala is driven from the word Valga (meaning – to rein in/bridle) Mukhi (meaning the mouth) hence having the power to silence/paralyze the enemies. Maa Baglamukhi is also known as Pitambari Devi, because the Goddess is associated with Yellow/Golden color.

Significance of Maa Baglamukhi
